I shoot a target until its shields drop and it's body looks frosted then launch Incinerate at them but only half of the time does it result in a cryo explosion. Before last Thursday, cryo explosions were proc'ing just fine me but not anymore.

FYI Disruptor ammo, Incendiary ammo both work absolutely fine when priming for explosions.

Anyone else experiencing this?

they have to be frozen in order to be primed for detonation. as in.... they have to be falling over frozen solid, not just sprinkled with snow.
