100 Mass Effect Memories to the N7 Day 10th anniversary

Some of you will know I quite like to do these. The last iteration was 'Fifty Feels to N7 Day' which we ran last year: bsn.boards.net/thread/1181/feels-n7-day

In part, it's a bit of fun on Twitter to do a countdown and to let the Twitterverse know BSN is here. 

This countdown is '100 Mass Effect Memories to the N7 Day 10th anniversary'.
Yes, I know the actual 10th anniversary of Mass Effect is November 20th, but N7 Day has become a convenient flagship date for Mass Effect related commemoration.

(and if nothing else happens from BioWare running up to that period, we can still have an enjoyable N7 Day ourselves and then move on to Anthem and/or Dragon Age with a clean conscience)

What's a suitable memory for the list?

It could be a particular moment/clip from the game, a memorable character, a trailer, or something iconically 'Mass Effect' and I'd like to mix up entries from the 4 games up fairly randomly, leaving the utterly obvious moments nearer the end and picking up some of the more eclectic entries at the start.
