How come Krogans have the biggest heads but the smallest headshot hitboxes?

Just what we needed: ANOTHER topic about (off-host) headshot issues!

Kinda feels like 70% of the last two days' threads have been you whining about stuff we all got out of our systems two months ago.

Kinda feels like Doc Fox is responsible for 70% of the whining threads:

• N7 Valiant Sniper Rifle could really use a recoil decrease buff
• How come Krogans have the biggest heads but the smallest headshot hitboxes?
• How come all the Infiltrator characters have a ton of Melee ability paths?
• Easiest way to fix Hack/Upload objectives without making them too easy.
• Is it just me or have enemies on platinum got way more cuntier since Thursday?
• Why does the Equalizer pistol/SMG have such a feeble range compared to all the other Remnant weapons
• Why Hack objectives NEED to be reworked in Platinum
• The game's matchmaker takes ages to fill up matches that are already underway

Tell me, DoctorFox, is there anything you actually like about this game? Nobody's forcing you to play you know...

I was Hosting actually. Kept hitting enemies square in the mouth and hardly any were counting as headshots. This problem is easiest to notice on 'Go For The Eyes' missions where headshots totally obliterate enemies in a single shot (when the headshot registers correctly). I also noticed that if you shoot an enemy in the back of their head it will not count as a headshot either. And i mean dead center of the back of their heads. Something hasn't been programmed correctly. It's not just a server issue.

If you put him on ignore it make the board look real empty!

Well, unlike most other weakpoints in the game, Berserkers helmets have a steep angle to them, similar to how some stealth planes are designed.  So even if you shoot them in the helmet, if you don't get the angle right your bullet will deflect rather than impact normally.

If you hit a Hydra in the chest with a receiver mod, can you hit the fuel cannister on it's back? 

And you can shoot an Ascendent's face, but only hit targets right behind him when his forcefield is up.

They have quads... 4 testicles... shouldn't I be aiming for those? I mean my Black Widow has 4 shots in the mag. Can't be a co-incidence right? 1,2,3,4 drop em fast get some more. Pop, bust, pop bust, get that krogan take his nuts! I could be cheerleader 

Nah, I think testicles are protected by Mass Effect fields in the twentythird century.

I always shoot Raiders in their johnsons, but it fails to register as a weak spot. But perhaps the hitbox is too small for those...

I dunno. He doesn't seem very confident in his argument. He didn't even pump the font up to forty-seven.
