N7 Valiant Sniper Rifle could really use a recoil decrease buff

In ME3 it was the most accurate SR with the least amount of kick from recoil. It wasn't the most powerful damage-wise but its lack of recoil and fast reload speed meant it was balanced. In ME:A the recoil is dreadful. You can't fire multiple shots in quick succession without the sight bouncing around as if it had a bunny hopping about on top of its barrel.
