Why is Sharpshooter so fast? I try to chase her... ? down but she is faster than me. Then she does 7 backflips over cover and I waste and entire clip on her and the people on my Twitch stream laugh at me and I lose subscribers.

It's not just the Sharpshooter, and it doesn't happen every time. It's just that sharpshooter is the only enemy in the game that's programmed to run away so they stand out more.
The ahudi and wraith are common culprits, but their leap attack can mask it. I've seen most units sprint at stupidly high speeds, usually when they're targeting a position that's far away from their position. Maybe some of you have also seen them zigzag like crackheads, or run full speed backward while facing sideways.
I'd expect it to be an issue with the ai's pathfinding. This game has a lot of issues that the devs don't talk about.
