Actually I am an idiot.

You only get Cr for doing objective waves and for extraction.

So there are now 5 objective waves (W) instead of 2, and still 1 extraction (E).

Something like 55,000 = 2*W + E

((5/2)*W + E) * 1.45 = this mission's Cr payout

I just don't know the values for W and E really.
