I like spiders and I don't understand the people who are afraid of them. I love most spiders. My favorites are jumping spiders ( ^^ like the one pictured ) They are like cats and will chase laser pointers. They also have the best eyesight of all spiders in the world and are the only spiders that can actually walk backwards (because I guess most can't supposedly) Still, jumpers are always welcome in my home since they mostly hang out in windows anyway. They seem to know flies and other bugs will be there too. There are little house spiders living in my kitchen and other parts of my apartment that have been more than helpful at getting rid of gnats and beetles. The only kinds I don't like would be something like giant wolf spiders because they are fucking huge and run really fast. All jumping spiders are adorable. From the peacock jumping spider to the sparkle muffin! I have them in my place too, better a handful of little spiders than who knows how many ants and flies. We have some bigger spiders in our basement, I think they're brown house spiders and some can get pretty big. My youngest was calling them her spider minions...yeah, it was a weird day.

I hate spiders.. but I never kill them either, they are living beings and I don't have the heart to kill them or let someone else do it either. I just want them to stay away from me. I usually try and put them outside if I can and if I'm too scared then I find someone else who can do it, I never kill them no matter what. I know how you feel, but I don't get spiders indoors much. I get the occasional roach... and then I capture them and dump them outside. I'm not against killing them, but not when it's unnecessary. So that they can sneak back into your house later. You must have had some infestation problems. Also, funny thing about certain spiders, is that sending them outside is actually death sentence. As is talked about in this article, Is It OK to Throw House Spiders Outside? So you might as well let them live in your house to eat the insect infestation.

I usually put roaches in a big trash thing.. they'll survive there.. and where the trash gets transported But no, not a bad infestation problem. Luckily, like I said, it's only occasionally.

I usually try and put them outside if I can and if I'm too scared then I find someone else who can do it, I never kill them no matter what. Just keep a big plastic cup and a piece of thick paper around, it's easy to direct the spider into the cup with the paper then use the paper to cover the cup until you get it outside, then toss everything and go retrieve the cup when it's empty. That's how I deal with bees and wasps that come into my place. I don't want to hurt them, but I don't want them getting me either.

Ghostbusters 2016 is a good movie. I actually enjoyed it too! I mean, it was pretty blatant misandry and I should be disgusted with such a sneaky agenda in a KIDS MOVIE, but I couldn't help laughing at the stupid jokes that are only funny to women, I suppose. My best friend and I had a surprisingly good time. The next day I watched the original Ghostbusters again (last time watched it was as a kid twenty years ago) and realized it wasn't all that funny. It had a cool concept but the characters were paper thin too. I actually like the female Egon WAY more. Best character in the movie. So here's my unpopular opinion: Ghostbusters (1984) is overrated.

Alright confession time, i like Godzilla 2014, and It's my favorite incarnation of big G. I don't think that's unpopular. At least not in my neck of the woods. Here's an unpopular one: I like the 98 Godzilla movie, even when it rips off Jurassic Park. I like Godzilla's design in that one more that I do other incarnations because it looks more like a theropod/giant lizard, rather than the upright look based off the days it was a guy in a suit knocking over miniatures. I'm also ok with him not being invincible since this isn't the 50s and we're not as superstitiously terrified of nuclear power, and giant monsters are meh to begin with (getting hit in my physics hurts more than it used to).

I do not like professional American football. I am very much a casual sports fan. During the Super Bowl, I'm usually the one serving snacks.
I like college football quite a lot because, being a tribal sort, we get to cheer for our team (the good guys) and heckle the other team (who are clearly wicked and evil). The games are not typically predetermined, upsets happen fairly often, the players have energy and enthusiasm and the players typically stay with the same team for their entire college tenure.
Professional football is better played, but tends to be predictable and there are an insane number of interruptions. There are too many for my taste in college football, but nothing like as in the pro's. It's unwatchable.
What prompted this outburst was a baseball game, of all things. This year's World Series was as exciting as baseball gets. The last game in particular was gripping until the end. There may have been pro football games that compelling in recent years, but I missed them. And it seemed like there weren't nearly as many interruptions and breaks as with football. We didn't have a team in it and it was still pretty exciting. The players, while professional, were still happy to be there and excited to be playing. That was nice to see.
tl:dnr Pro football is too slow. College football is fun. The World Series was fun.

I agree with this for the most part, I am a big NFL fans because I have a loser team to cheer for but the actual game product has been going down hill imo and most college ball is pretty good though they have a few too many mismatches.

My one issue with 98 zilla was how she was taken out by a few missles. Emmerich should have been more creative with zilla's death.

I have no strong feelings towards 80s or 90s. I hate those ridiculous hair styles, I despise those moronic clothes, and I am neutral about synthpop or glam metal or grunge. On top of that, I can barely stand 2000s. Now boo me all you want.
