Mostly, just the Remnant weapons need to move down a tier. They have equal or inferior performance compared to items at lower tiers. I'm sure their low damage output was a choice by devs and not a mistake, so I don't expect it to change.
It wasn't much of a problem when there were only a few of them to collect, but now that they've quadrupled the weapon pool with re-skins I'm increasingly frustrated when they show up in packs.
Alternatively, add another Arsenal pack that only includes non-reskinned weapons.

Are you joking? The Remnant ARs are weak. After the recent buff, Scattershot's a beast. Equalizer is extremely underrated.
Shadow was so dominant it was recently nerfed. Inferno competes well within its class and rarity.

I agree generally that some rarities are out of whack (and in general there should be far fewer URs), but the remnant weapons are in a pretty good spot right now.
Shadow is ridiculously good, possibly the best gun in the game. Scattershot is really nice with the damage buff it just got. Equalizer has always been a solid caster pistol and early on was one of the more damaging weapons despite its other perks. My inferno is low ranked but I understand it was comparable to the vanquisher in its heyday.

If being a combo primer is the selling point then the gun itself is underwhelming. Even the best remnant weapon, the shadow, has lower dps than the raptor and that's after the shadow buff + raptor nerf. I'm sure everyone who likes them has a reason, and that's fine, but in objective terms they're not "rare" tier weapons. :/ |

I think all the ultra rares need to have their low levels buffed to be closer to their max level. A level 10 inferno is incredibly good, but at low level it is awful, as is the case for many of the ultra rares. |

The shadow's hits increase in damage as the clip empties, greatly increasing its dps over the in-game listed values. Last I checked, the dps threads didn't try to quantify this and acknowledged it appropriately. Also iirc the shadow has a better headshot multiplier. |

The Sweeper is pure shit. Equalizer is a good one, the damage may seem low, but it does steady damage with large clips and automatic reload, it is also relatively accurate when you fire blidnly over cover. It synergises well with my Asari adept. The PAW seemed weak when I tried it once. I have it on level III.

The Paw has been buffed to almost usable.
It is ok as a long range priming gun, if you have a siphon variant of both it and the shadow. It is worse than the shadow at almost everything, and what it isn't it is utterly trounced by the hurricane, But is heavy.
Priming wise
standard hurricane > any paw = standard shadow > variant hurricane > variant shadow
But for damage
hurricane >> shadow >>> paw
