I have read two things: that they only added them up to rank V, and they don't show up if you purchased the deluxe edition upgrade after the fact.
I have always had the deluxe edition, and I don't see any of the research blueprints at all, even after starting new game+.

There never was a research blueprint. DD weapons do level up as Ryder levels up, but I think cap is V for them.
As for not getting them after upgrading to DD Edition, I think that is a bug or you forgot to update the game? That's something should be reported at EA/Origin tech support forums.

You need to start a new playthrough in order to get the blueprints & those do level up with Ryder, well, up to lv5, anyway, as I've got them & upgraded to the deluxe version when it became available to all.
Well, that's what happened for me anyway.

I know at first with my old playthrough, the pathfinder weapons did not show up for me, but when I started a new playthrough they finally
were in my development tab. (The deluxe edition weapons are now ranking up, as I level up. I'm just a little sad that there max rank is 5.)

Same about the weapon ranks. I really like the Pathfinder assault rifle.

It's a shame, really, particularly given that the previous game's Collector's Edition guns were generally much more competitive (the Valiant and Hurricane were contenders for best in their respective classes).
Tbh though, at least they got blueprints. I'm still wearing my original Andromeda Elite helmet as I can't build a new one and it looks so much better than everything else (even the N7 helmet doesn't look as good).

I have a blueprint for the Andromeda Elite Helmet. There is only one rank, but it matches the bonus from the item itself. You might just need to revisit the console and claim the schematic for they added it in the second or third patch.

The Research one? I did get the various deluxe edition extras when they were added via patch (Ryder's dudebro outfit etc).... Does this mean I've been running around with it for 200+ hours? Lol. If this is true then I will gift you all the cookies.

It might be restricted to a NG+ if you don't have access to it, but I am pretty sure when they added the new exercise look for casual wear that is when I got the schematic. The schematic is at the very bottom of my crafting list and doesn't have a level it is just listed as "Andromeda Elite Helmet" and it has three augmentation slots due to having unlocked that cryo perk for +1.

Yeah - I suspect I'm locked off in this playthrough, in that case. I can't access the terminal and while I got the stupid dudebro stuff, I never got the blueprint. Eh. Figures the one thing I'd be genuinely interested in getting didn't trigger. It's not that big a deal though. Just a shame I can't build a new helmet with augs.

Unfortunate to hear, I did find there were a few glitches between the launch of the game and this patch that seemed to only be able to be fixed with either restarting the game or going to a NG+. The most annoying one I had was that in my first game the architects didn't spawn their chest so I lost out on that loot until my NG+.
