ME3 swarmers are like MEA's dogs - top cause of accidental stupid deaths. I would have cobraed it, too.

Nope, Cobra can't do that. Gold rebel space dog on 2/3 of it's HP. (I get so frustrated by those things i use the cobra just for them these days.) I give it one right on the face, the bugger continues to teleport at me with 1/2 of its HP remaining.. don't know, but those cobra launchers are kind of a gamble if and how much damage it does.

Actually, in ME3, cobras used to be a lot slower. But because of a cheat/trick, they sped it up (if I remember correctly). So yeah, it was a bug/feature, like reload cancelling.
