Okay. So, I've had 20-30 minutes to work with my feelings and vent. And if I can keep myself from reloading after letting the whole Quarian Race self implode because I let LEgion die in ME2, I can keep myself from reloading for Reyes.
Jaal wins by default. here's hoping his romance is sweet enough not to leave me disppointed, even if he didn't sweep me off my feet.

My suggestion: if you are sure this will be your only PT, go back and replay High Noon and make the other choice. See if it feels better or....righter? Ok, not a word, but you know what I mean.

Nope... At the end of the game, I may go to an older save, and just experience what the lock in is like. But I stick with my gut instincts every first Play through, no matter the consequences. Poor Quarians. The fact that they don't have an Ark in Andromeda is kinda sad...because if they didn't come with us, there aren't really enough to continue on in the Milky Way. I've extinctified a species in two galaxies. AND I didn't know Jaal could be locked out like that. Perhaps it's Game Fate that I'm romancing him then, because I totally saw no reason not to save the Angarans and although I did scrunch my toes and squint my eyes as my fingers twitched, I didn't shoot Akksul. |

^^^ Moments like that with peebee make me think that maybe she isn't a retarded Liara wannabe. Liara kinda got...evil ish, being the shadow broker. But she was trying to save a Galaxy in quick fashion, so I'm retrospectively impressed at Liara's gentle fall from grace. I think PB gets a bum wrap really. She in my opinion definitely has some of the best off the cuff dialogue and definitely has two of the funniest dialogues in The Nomad. I like her romance too as she seems to me to grow throughout it and also because it is the only one where you can continuously engage in a way that is casual but also lets you know that the relationship is progressing. |

Was out to find a Salarian Surveyor, fell on top of the Collector Base while exploring the Caves. Oops?  Oh, I didn't know this armor had purple track lights. Will have to change up my color scheme. Wonder how Purple will do with my Ryder's complexion. For some reason, game isn't letting me pull my weapon... so, let's turn it off and back on again. Did you find "The Mysterious Button" in the collectors Collective hideout? |

Was looking for a purple paint job. Found all these Nomad Development things instead. Managed to do all of them but 2 because I've amassed so much materials at this point, between scanning planets, picking things up, and Cryo Pod rewards.
I don't think there's a purple skin for the Nomad. I usually stick with the red ones for everywhere except Voeld, though I also like the black ones and the monolith one too. On Voeld I use "Snowfall" for the camo effect. Of course, half the time I end up hiding the Nomad from myself.
I do almost the same for The Nomad except I use the Midas on EOS. There is a sort of purple one that is a tribute to Tali I think called Migrant something. |

I like that mission because there are all kinds of ways for it to go down. You can: Save Sloane, shoot at Reyes Save Sloane, don't shoot Let the sniper shoot, be friends or not-so-friends with Reyes Let the sniper shoot, break up with Reyes, if romancing up to that point Let the sniper shoot, continue/lock-in the romance My first game I did the second option. The first interrupt was just a gut reaction that I clicked and then I was too slow on the trigger for the second one. I don't like that letting the sniper win is the only way to get rid of Sloane, but I do like Reyes more than I like her. And the lock-in scenes are Out of 8 times I have never let Sloane live. |

Knight: Ouch- they say they lost a chunk of Hydroponics, but it looks fine and I disabled a bomb there... Ah. Because I healed SAM, I got peaceful resolution. MIL called and I told her about my video game heart ache. She said I needed group therapy.  Now I'm doing Sid's quest "Life on the Frontier." Considering they've taken out several shuttles of people, I'm not feeling much sympathy for who I find.  of course it leads back to Kadara. |
