Dhan shotgun now primes enemies......I don't have the Dhan! This is my own little 'Dragon Racer, ring of healing' hell. Well, it took DR much, much longer to obtain the damn thing if I remember correctly.

Boy, seems like they are winding down support... Actively patching the game = winding down support? Is there ANY action Bioware could take that would NOT be interpreted as winding down support?

It's just smaller than other patches. To be fair, they could be working on other things concurrently that will be going into 1.11, and it could be much larger whenever that drops.

Okay then, it all looks like good stuff! I sort of liked Siphon weapons not priming - made it a bit more "fair" - but I don't mind the change.

To be fair, they could be working on other things concurrently that will be going into 1.11, and it could be much larger whenever that drops. 1.07 was also smaller than other patches. 1.10 fixes a few issues introduced in 1.09, with some additional fixes to long-standing bugs (like the Naladen and Dhan's)

It's just smaller than other patches. To be fair, they could be working on other things concurrently that will be going into 1.11, and it could be much larger whenever that drops. More frequent, smaller patches is a way, way better way to do things than infrequent, massive patches. Less risky. Delivers value more frequently. Gets real world feedback loop going.

My Rozerad Siphon II & Rozerad Concussive II are both very happy about the priming fix!

this is also good news...It means the Batguard will drop immediately for me, YAY! Yup, this means a good strategy is to try NOT to max your Rare characters now, until they release all the others anyway. Edit: either don't max them, or max all of them all the way to XX.

Boy, seems like they are winding down support... I think this is confirmation bias. You expect support to end soon, and so the fact that no new content was included reinforces that belief despite the fact that nothing in these notes indicates there won't be further patches. Or am I missing something? To me it's clearly just a hotfix for issues that emerged from the last patch.

At least they didn't also make it so that Variant weapons don't drop until you have all of the base weapons of that tier to X. I would never get a Variant UR gun.

I still believe Variant weapons have a lower chance to drop than base weapons (or characters) of that tier. I have a Kishock X, but my highest variant weapon is an Inferno (Siphon) II, with still many more to unlock...

I agree with you in a vacuum - smaller and more frequent patches are preferable. But that practice is a marked departure from BW's previous pattern, which built up to larger patches with sweeping changes and additional content. While not huge, BW's breaking the pattern may somewhat suggest that they're not building towards another of those kinds of patches. It could credibly be interpreted that way.

Are you being sarcastic, or are you actually against such a change? Because if I could make one change to the drop system, that would definitely be it. I have a Kishok I. I'd very much like to see a Kishock II before another Bulwark Valkyrie or Naladen or Siphon Crusader I'll never use even once. With the current drop pool and mechanics, there's a very low probability I'll max my last few UR weapons before I quit playing. And frankly, the hopelessness of that endeavor will likely hasten the end.
