I've yet to complete the task on dust ball #1 where you have to find the bodies.  Mine bugged out where I found one of them, died and had to reload, lost progress but the body was still marked as scanned. So it's sitting there at 8/9  |

Not my second though. First time though was like version 1.03 maybe? |
