Bioelectric Focus 6B is a must have. That one upgrade is the sole reason this kit is an UR. I don't know how it's even debatable tbh. I respecced into bioelectric ward today. I know I shouldn't have, forgive me great Santonik for I have sinned. I soloinged.

Same Dualist build pretty much. Except I've put points in Backlash. Besides using lance for the biotic damage bonus, not sure if it's even worth investing in? Damage output seems meh

With the Angara Avenger at level 1 you are far better off speccing into power damage for the grenades rather than health and shields. I have only ever played with 1 point in fitness and usually finish top of the scoreboard. I also only ever use him for platinum now. You can stay invisible for practically an entire match.

Every Rare at Rank I:
6 ranks good active power A 6 ranks good active power B 1 rank trash active power C 5 ranks passive 2 ranks fitness
Teach yourself to play without fitness. You'll thank me later.
Exceptions: characters whose fitness tree is the character, typically melee. Then you can either do 2 ranks passive, 5 ranks active power or vice versa.

Oh, I like the systematic approach. What about the kits with passive powers like Fortify?

Fortify is not a passive power, it's an active power. Typically I would dump it (1 rank) because it provides most of its benefit front-loaded. But we could re-open the debate about when you should take Fortify 6 ranks on the Krogan Mercenary, Krogan Vanguard, etc.
(I'm joking; I don't actually want to re-open this debate. Build it however you want.)

Here's my Rank 1, Level 20 build for the Human Juggernaut:
Snapfreeze: 4a/5b Fortify: 4a/5a Shockwave: 1 Apex Training: 4a Remnant Armor: 4a/5a/6a
As I gain ranks I'll finish SF first, followed by AT for weapon damage and finally bring SW up to rank 3 as I'm rarely still long enough to take advantage of 6a Fortify and I don't like to purge it with 6b. Hope some people may find this useful.
