It certainly does. Whilst I still get disconnects every now and again it seems much more stable than at launch.
I wouldn't be opposed to another faction being added into the game, just to shake things up. If we did (ever) get SP DLC, that would be the opportunity I suppose.

Two super easy ones
1. Make challenge rating mean something- perhaps a discount on packs that scaled with rating or more mission funds and credits, with the bonus scaling with rating.
2. Have weapon variants continue to show some stat increases so opening them is less frustrating. Siphon X is barely different from Siphon I.
Bonus item: let us purchase skill points with mission funds (would be a global bonus, so every kit started with 3 invested + 2 + N free, where N was however many you bought).

New faction, fix headshots. Despite the pool grind, I enjoy the gameplay (except dogs ignoring cloak), but would like a little more variation. On that note, random maps/enemy seems to throw up the same maps or faction over and over (played Paradox 3 times on the bounce the other day), played nothing but remnant last night (except for when the Kett apex mission was selected). Also, a reward pack similar to the ME3 weekly challenges would go some way to alleviating the never ending grind of the RNG.

1. dedicated MP servers
2. heavy melee + over-cover grabs. I miss the vorcha "grab'n slash, tear a hole in yo' ass" badassery.

How bout a dog difficulty with just adhis, breachers, and wraiths? Ooooh they could call it Swarm difficulty!

1) Anything, ANYTHING AT ALL, to give players some way to influence their progression. Hell even just shifting the RNG to prioritize shit you don't have unlocked at each rarity level first, and then the stuff you ACTUALLY USE second. LITERALLY ANYTHING AT ALL beyond this bullshit 'gotta catch' em all!' grab bag.
2) Address the disparity between recharge powers, power cell powers, and guns. I don't know WTF this team has against rechargeable powers, but it makes all classes feel samey when powers are so damn slow that even the engineer/adept classes need to rely on weapons. I would go multiple matches with those characters in ME3 using my pistol solely as a stat stick. My best power spam space wizard right now is a SOLDIER for fuck's sake.

Repurpose every single weapon in this game to either fit a niche and/or damage application. (to a small degree of ME3, but keep some originality) 90% of the weapons in this shooter game are pointless because only a few weapons serve any meaning to players. Assault rifles serve no purpose at all as long as you have the corresponding sniper rifles and SMGs. By specializing each category of weapons, (AR ignore % of DR in armor for ex) and by giving each weapon a degree of usefullness, this will not only fix the limited use issue, but also bring a sense of reason, maybe even welcome, for the "loot bloat" that a lot of players are complaining over. (nothing like getting 3 times more things to unlock that are useless, I get it now) I think bioware taking the route of putting SMGs with pistols ruined the whole AR+shotgun mid area, SMG shields, pistol+snipers armor thing. If bioware is even aware of these post, this is also an opportunity to bring about more micro-transactions! I don't want a Black Widow if I'll never use one! That is the largest issue atm imo that I feel should have been corrected from day 1. Similar to the Vanguard glitch in ME3MP, 1/4 of the shooter weapons, in a shooter game, don't add to the experience. If there were no AR in this game I (personally) feel it would be the same, those using ARs would just have to slightly adapt to the pistol or sniper rifle counterparts. The second issue I would say isn't something I feel to ever be corrected since it's kinda late to even matter. But there seems to be a large lack in creativity in the MP. There are 26 unique characters in this game but only a few have considerable weight. Some even cancel out any reasoning to use another. Also as suggested above, new objectives and a new faction sound fun . But nothing (added) to this game will ever mean anything, until the game is (fixed) mmm, perhaps that should be the 2nd change, (fix things so descriptions match)

How the shit did "remove weapon variants" or "roll back 1.09's manifest bloat" not make the list of options? I literally looked through it three times in disbelief.

Not sure why you started a poll when response might vary dramatically... In any case I would improve off-host head shots and related to your first option, I would make the micro transactions less aggressive. Given the current manifest I would reduce pack prices, include APEX packs in the item store (also reduced price). There's really no reason why microtransactions should be put into let alone heavily incentivized in a AAA game.

I voted for one more enemy faction and more objectives.
What's not on the list and I would love to see is a collapse of all variant weapons into just one rank each of Bulwark, Concussive and Siphon, so you purchase only three additional versions of each weapon, not thirty. I would not mind another variant added to a tier at a later date if necessary if that was the case.

Believe it or not a lot of people actually LIKE the variant weapons. Its the journey to unlocking the variants that people don't like. I just got my dhan and hurricane X. Just unlocked the Hurricane concussion. I am very unhappy.... Manifest bloat is just the bait on the line for more $$$, only thing is people are just getting tired of playing pokemon and yugioh. Honestly I don't know why bioware hasn't added real money only purchasable items to the store. I personally would never, but from past reactions, I've been told people would fork up $100 for a hurricane X.

Weapon variants should only exist up to III. (and I am being generous)
Veteran Bonuses should be removed and bonus stat should replace Veteran bonuses with better numbers.
Remove UR characters. All should be rare at most.

I would have voted for class and/or race specific melee/melee chains/heavy melee and dodges. I would have also voted for remove jetpacks and auto-cover. I voted for enemies not spawning behind players and another enemy faction. Less dogs would have been voted for if I had a 3rd vote.
I know why there are a lot of votes for RNG changes but I don't see it as that important. You don't need UR guns or their variants to complete a mission and they have made it totally distasteful to spend real cash. so, why bother? The game is more fun when not playing the OP kit with the OP gun.

Permanently add an Apex Elite Crate at half the price without the XP boosters to the store, and lower funds for Ultra Rares when they come to the store to maybe 600. I can dream can't I?

But many - if not most - do not, at least as implemented. In any event, it's been discussed widely enough that I'd confidently wager more people would like to see that change than at least 70% of the entries that did make the list. Grats on the splodey Hurricane. One of my friends has both a Concussive and Siphon and loves both.

Bulwark sniper rifles are just OP as fuck. Lulz. Variants are dumb as shit in their implementation. As has been said on here numerous times, they should have been made available in a mod type, not adding 30 more guns that had to be maxed. And hiding skill points behind character cards has chapped my ass since day 1.

In ME3, on gold, with only permanent gear and no consumables, my asari adept could drop an unshielded atlas with 2 hurricane clips and 2 warp/throw combos. A dragoon would be dropped with only one combo. A bomber could be dropped with warp/executioner pistol shot/throw.
In MEA, I can barely drop redbars with only one combo.

i wish they would increase the number of cards in packs premium level packs would have 5 cards and the others would have 2 or 3 cards a pack
Edit: forgot to mention shorter power cooldowns and more power damage
