Mass Effect 3 Collectors Edition PS3, Reinstalled but now exclusive content is gone. Help :(

So I had deleted my collectors edition from my PS3 a few months back and now that I re installed it, all my exclusive content is missing, even my online pass. I've contacted EA in my country and they're useless, plain out useless. They told me to tick the sync on and off in the game menu and then restart and of course that didn't help and lastly they told me to delete everything on my ps3 and then re install it, not just the game which I've already tried doing more than ten times but EVERYTHING on the console. Now before I actually follow that advice... Has anyone else encountered this issues before? Maybe found a solution?
