TURIAN DISMISSER!!!!! EPIC NEW DATAMINED CHARACTER, PLEASE RELEASE HIM SOON BIOWARE.

You guys remember the Milky Way's Turian Councillor? Well, i just did a datamine and found that he will be released on MEAMP. Apparently, he retired from the council and joined the Andromeda initiative, where life's more exciting.  I hope he's the next new character in line to be released. The juggernaut and artificer can wait.

Powers:

Cease: He whispers "cease" upon activation and the enemy freezes/becomes motionless in place. The only complication is that it cloaks affected enemy as well, such that the councillor can't see them anymore. So, you gotta have a good feel for the exact spot you ceased them at. Just head over there and finish them off.

Cloak: The councillor does get tired of it all at times and likes to dismiss himself (Might come in handy on hack objectives).

Dismiss: His signature power, where he yells "DISMISS". Turn your freakin speakers down boys, this could get loud and reverberant. This power causes a mystical looking explosion that makes red bars completely vanish from the map and from the entirety of the Andromeda galaxy. The same explosion will teleport armored and shielded enemies away from him past the closest wall, such that they're not in his direct line of sight anymore. Has specific evolutions for group dismissal, dismissal radius, etc. The exact details are not known.


Other: Heard the voice acting/script for this character is simple, but really good. When the asari talks about playing biotic ball back home, he responds "ah yes, biota ball". When the Krogan engineer says "I-Is that a hydra? They have a hydra!", he responds "Ah yes Hydras".  As we all know, he just doesn't believe that any of this sh*t exists.
