Meta game ----> "all else being equal" at the highest level skillset of MEA, the difference maker is a faster extraction time.
at the end of the day, DPS is still king at high level play(skillset).
meta game #1 Tactical Cloak>>>>Stealth grid
Tactical cloak will ALWAYS be superior to stealth grid at the hands of a skilled player because of the 2s Delay.(using the hurricaneX)
however, stealth grid is better than TC at the hands of an average player, but a team full of skilled players TC will always extract faster due to better DPS.
The hurricane right now is among the best weapon in the game(if not the best) and a TC character(at high level play) can easily out DPS and extract faster than a team full of stealth grid avenger users. I have a good 12 players whom i play with and we almost/always extract faster using TC than SG.
Also kiting isn't necessary if the overall team has good DPS which trivializes stealth grid. So 4 TC palyers using hurricaneX, even hack doesn't stand a chance.
I remember we had 3 straight hack in 1 game and none of us camped or kited because the overall team's DPS(thanks to the 2S cloak delay) is excellent.
