Modded game speed/movement speed

Played a few games Friday early afternoon. Entered a GiP where my Paladin seemed to have AM3 on, when in fact he was using Power Efficiency 3.
Team was good, some lag but the added movement speed meant I was hard to hit (and so was everyone else).
Stayed for a second match, turned out to be a modded Collector Platinum, which was way more fun... I was leveled up to 16, which allowed me to max out Fire Shield. The lobby change was stealth or I wouldn't have equipped Shotgun Omniblade amd Juggernaut Shield, but I did use an Adrenaline Module 1.
This movement speed, with the AM1, was enough to make my Paladin a Phantom smashing wrecking ball, haven't had 25 melee kills in Platinum in a while which was fun.
