In theory there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is.

I have been thinking about using a Bluetooth speaker in a hidden place, to cause a sound disturbance.
My concern here is privacy. I want to be a prankster, not a fool who couldn't cover his tracks properly.
So, my question is, if any of you can amswer it - do Bluetooth devices store any data regarding the device that controls them?
I know they talk, get a pair code, handshake etc... On a router using IP protocol you could trace all of that. I am ignorant of how BT works.
Thanks for your time. No, I am not making anything that harms people.

I'm not sure if the specifics, but I would guess yes.
My Bluetooth headphones can remember which devices are mine and connect to them automatically when I turn them on provided they have Bluetooth enabled.
Alternatively that could be my device recognizing the Bluetooth device and connecting to it, I guess, I'm not sure.
