Check in your Documents/BioWare/Mass Effect/Config/BioInput file. From there, you can Find (Ctrl+F) ScreenShot to find the hot key. If there isn't one set up by default, find the section labeled [BIOC_Base.BioPlayerInput] and put Bindings=(Name="F11",Command="TakeScreenShot") into it where your key choice is in place of F11. That just happens to be mine and I'm not sure if it's default because I've done some edits to my .ini files.

well..... sometimes you can go overboard with it....... practically gave up looking through the thousands of screenshot per playthrough and just.... be happy about it

You have to open up your coalesced wenchy.net/me3-coalesced-utility/ and under the keybindings add a print screen option. Open up your coalesced and go to sfxgamemodedefault, then ( Name="F8", Command="Screenshot" ) or whatever other key you want. You -have- to have the DLC patchers www.mediafire.com/file/vwtd3ofsggnusr9/binkw32.rar for the game to run once you edit anything.

What are these patchers exactly? I downloaded them but haven't used them yet.

I am not sure what you mean by "what are these patchers?" You have to use the patchers if you mod anything in the game, even apply a texture in the ME3Explorer tool. They make sure that the game does not freak out on you for modifying a file. They are legitimate and will not affect MP. As for their code specifics you will have to look at the code on git.
