The issue is how you post and come off to people. Most don't care what you like, and by that I mean they won't insult you over it, you could easily just ignore those who do insult you over what you like, it also doesn't help when you then fight back the way you do, two wrongs don't make a right.

I like Andromeda, I was disappointed big time(enough to where I can't even replay it twice, it's a good one and done game but nothing more to me) but I don't recall ever insulting others over a different opinion on what was good or bad, I've seen some reaching explanations that make me want to call people crazy, but I keep it in.

I have to also say even if one puts their heart into a project, it's still open to criticism, that's just how life goes. I've put days into things only to have them scrapped. People don't "want" to hurt others by criticizing it it happens. Bosses don't "like" to fire people but they have to if business suffers, many are well aware employers have kids, families, animals, personal needs, but if you can't meet expectations you're still going to get dropped.
