If you mean that it clearly was altered at some point (1.10) to where the drop rate is less than what it was before, than yes. I just capped out a-fucking-gin with the pity timer...
Getting rares atm is the only thing keeping me sane right now, if the drop rate is 25% there should be absolutely no reason within 10 drops there isnt at least 1. Perhaps I should do a 100 test to see where I sit. I really hate spending 1m credits for 1 UR I don't even use just getting in the way of my Dhan siphon.

That's a shame then. I was hoping that everyone was in receipt of the same drop rate I was getting. It would certainly help alleviate some of the saltiness with the SP statement and MP bloat. Ah well. False alarm then. Carry on.  |

I've hit the pity timer eight times now. I did get two in the APEX pack - so 10 URs for 8.6 Million. I'm not upset by this though as I haven't experienced anything but this type of drop rate.
Seeing as I play maybe 7-8 golds/plat each a week, this means about 1 UR a week. Sitting on Hurricane/Rozerad 1 since launch does get me to bring less-used weapons into plat though.
I still don't know where people get off saying the APEX pack isn't worth it.

Hitting the pity timer was never a big thing. I swear after 1.10 though its become so significant that now apex elite pack is worth the money. I wish I had bought mine... the time it was out I hit timer. |

I had a pretty crazy streak early on, hitting four of five, with three of them being Dhan unlocks. Then reality wandered back in, giving me the finger. Damn, now I want an excuse to use that gif! O.O |

My luck streak was a bit crazy. Was along the lines of the following today:
1. UR was Piranah IV
2. UR was Inferno V
3. No UR
4. Salaraian Operative XX
5. UR was Inferno VI
6. UR was Hurricane VI
7. No UR
8. UR was Valiant V
9. UR was Piranah V and PAW V
10. No UR
11. UR was Crusader II and Ushior III
Only today. Not even yesteday, hence why I thought "Did the Dev's change the drop rates?". Would have been a nice "farewell" prezzie, but alas, it was only a lucky streak it appears. A shame.

I got 3 URs in the APEX Elite pack, have had normal 0.25 drop rate for URs overall (before and since 1.10), had some lucky streaks, had some back to back pity-timers. RNG gonna RNG. Praise him.

I had one UR pop on the 7th pack, and then the next on pity timer (10th pack). I did buy the 960MF UR weapon after opening the 5th pack on the run where the pity timer kicked in. I'm assuming the UR from MFs didn't reset the timer...
