As much as I like Peebee, I can agree with the lack of any real friction between Ryder and Peebee, the decision at the end was NOT thought out well, plus the handholding was stupid. I liked Liam's LM better, but I felt his stunt was much much worse.

I liked the loyalty missions just fine. I usually let Kalinda live despite just killing all of her cronies. The only thing I didn't care for was all the hopping around we had to do just to get to these missions. I think Vetra requires the least amount of this. In ME2 they said they had a problem and you went there and did the mission. Done. There were bigger decisions that could lose you loyalty as well. The tone of PeeBee's mission is more lighthearted. For some reason though, I was more angry with Aria in ME3 ramming Omega with a pod. PeeBee I can excuse, Aria not so much. That is truly astonishing for me, but according to the poll, this is not an outlier At least, Aria had a plan, and it even worked. Mostly.
BTW: What happens with Kalinda if Ryder does not shoot her? I think I did it once, but never noticed anything after that.

What bothers me, if the kalinda girlfriend asari is saved, is the stowaway will say to scan the stuff her girlfriend sends. Why wasn't the stowaway's robot scanned after it was recovered from Elaaden? I guess Ryder and the sam voice thing can take some of the blame for that as well.

... kalinda girlfriend asari... stowaway ... the sam voice thing ... Thanx! Can't help but notice a certain, well, detachment to the characters there
Rewatching the scenes in the video after some time, they seem to be representative of Andromeda's problems, and I don't mean the technical ones (like Scott's voice sounding like he wears a helmet on the Tempest, when he doesn't). I mean bland dialog delivered in a bland way, which doesn't tell us anything interesting about the characters and has no conflict.
"Why did you kill her?" "I don't know, will you be alright?" "Yeah, I will be, eventually. Don't worry."

Talk about fertile narrative soil to grow something from but, like most of the game, a lot felt hastily written which, for me, points to the 18 month actual development time. Same thing for Cora. Instead of her introducing her contact and training with Asari huntresses, you, as Ryder, notice the writings in the cabin and strike up a conversations about them or you hear her discuss some Asari cultural situation with Peebee or Lexi and inquire about her knowledge of the Asari which leads to more about Cora's character. This. I see a lot of intriguing seeds planted throughout the narrative that didn't develop as they could have. And I can't help but think that the writers (and other functions) are as disappointed with the way things turned out as many of the fans are. They probably ended up having to send rough (or first) drafts of their work to production because they simply didn't have the time to refine them.

I like the idea of POC being the pain in the ass that launches the pod.

The thing that made me mad about this mission was the obligation to run around 4 planets collecting some stuff to finally start it.

to be honnest the bit that turned me off on the quest was well before the escape pod bit. You have an Asari from the Initiative trying to kill the pathfinder and steal remnant tech from said pathfinder. Seriously this twit waltzes onto the pathfinders ship and walks out with remnant tech belonging to a member of said pathfinders team.
Why the fuck could we go to Kandros get this bitch arrested, revoke her initiative privileges, or anything other than sighing about it and moving on?

The biggest problem about her story mission is just how the game treats the players as if we are ABSOLUTE IDIOT who can't be arsed to find a way forward unless the game REPEATEDLY tell us what to do EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
It's not enough for the game to give us waypoints, nooooo, they also feel the need to pelt us endlessly with "Ryder! Do this!" "Ryder! Scan that!" "Ryder, don't forget to do this!" "Ryder, don't you know that you can do that?" "Ryder, don't forget to do this!" "Ryder, Ryder, Ryder, Ryder, Ryder!"
If both SAM and Peebee can dial their "The player is an idiot, better tell them what to do" shtick down, the whole mission would be automatically improved 1000000000000000000000x.

The thing that made me mad about this mission was the obligation to run around 4 planets collecting some stuff to finally start it. That's one thing I hate about the game in general. There is too much jumping from planet to planet to collect one little thing for a mission and it's done with so many missions in the game I know I'll never 100% this game.
