Lol, and some people is still looking forward for that game. This is the part that confuses the living shyt out of me. I bought MEA because I had ME1-3. I had an idea what the game would "potentialy" be like. I haven't seen anything about anthem besides a guy running through a alien jungle with a jetpack and shooting randomly. WHAT THE HELL IS IN THIS GAME THAT ISN"T IN SOMETHING ELSE?? Seriously man, what the hell is even worth $60s for this game at this point that people want it without even knowing how things work. I want to see random audience members playing these new releases. I honestly need to quit my job and go start my own video game company and sell out to EA, seriously man. People will buy anything as long as it "looks cool" now. Some people are (or were, I hope) exited because it's being made by "Bioware" as if that meant anything at this point. Bioware is nothing but a distant memory of a shadow of what it was. This is not the BW that made KOTOR or Origins anymore. I don't trust them, not sure if it's EA or BW themselves fault, but they don't inspire me with confidence anymore. |

Had they done this with UR characters out of the gate, they would have scammed money out of me. Anyone who spends any amount of time playing is going to max out uncommon characters so fast they won't even notice doing it....

Anyone who spends any amount of time playing is going to max out uncommon characters so fast they won't even notice doing it.... Anyone getting into it now has been talked into it by a friend, who can carry them through a few Gold games and get them every Common and Uncommon character in a day. Hell you could super hard carry them in Platinum if they knew 3 really good players. New guy can just do whatever. |

What I would shell out $10 for (each would be a pack):
* Salarian Operator + 2x Hurricane
* Anagara Avenger + 2x Black Widow
* Human Kineticist + 2x P.A.W.
* Krogan Galdiator + 2x Dahn
* Angara Exemplar + 2x Rozerad
* Asari Duelist + 2x Crusader
* Batarian Vanguard + 2x Shorty
Plus throw in some nice boosters and mods.
This is obviously pretty insane value compared to what is on offer, but this is what it would take for me, personally, to open my wallet. I have good enough guns and characters to run Gold with almost 10 different kits, and I feel comfortable in Platinum with my Huntress (working on the siphons to get my Human Soldier and Scrapper in). So I'm content just playing and getting opens at this point. It would take a pretty solid deal to get me to pay more money at this point.
