Of the asari that are companion characters: Samara and PB.
I liked Liana in the first game but I became indifferent to her in the subsequent games due to what they did with her and Aria always seemed all bark and no bite so she came off as posturing most of the time. To be fair, that was an unfortunate side effect of Shepard being able to disrespect characters like her and the Council without suffering any of the logical consequences there should be to such an act.

Aria and Samara Aria is awesome and Samara is badass  I've never had Morinth in my squad, and I don't plan to (she freaks me out) I haven't played Andromeda yet...so I've no knowledge about Peebee as for Liara...I don't like Liara, I never liked her...she has/had this weird obsession with Shepard and I just...yeah as for Asari npc's...Matriarch Aethyta all the way (yes I'm aware she's Liara's dad) |

Liara obviously. Morinth actually has a deep and interesting characterization in the game, especially having a sort of "exclusive" relationship with your Shepard because you are the only one who knows that she's a member of your squad. Samara was a good character too and so was Aria. PeeBee was nice and genuine, but nothing special; which is sad because I think she was the best written companion in Andromeda.

[off-topic] The only thing I can say is that if you keep Morinth around... she does have some unique dialog, and there are some unique interactions with Kasumi and Kelly related to Morinth. Also, she'll show up as a "named" Banshee in ME3 I like the subtle differences, it makes it interesting, but I can totally understand not wanting to go that route. [/off-topic]
