It's happening?  what's 'full multiplayer access' means? Does it mean free to play mp even after sp demo time is up? I'm confused. It means you get access to MP as if you'd bought the game, HOWEVER, MP time STILL COUNTS towards trial limit. Source: This damned trial got me addicted. |

Can someone make a Trial account and see what all the items of Equipment are this week? I would do but I am super lazy I am very busy with other important MEAMP related projects.

Can someone make a Trial account and see what all the items of Equipment are this week? I would do but I am super lazy I am very busy with other important MEAMP related projects. I can do it this evening, if someone else doesn't get to it first. I can jump into the trial on an alt account. In fact, I might do it anyway to tr oll some gold pugs. |

Why not add F2P at this point?
I didnt buy the game for that horrible single player, and i dont want this game to die out as planned by greedyware after barely a year : /

Had some alt account fun tonight, tldr inside the spoiler. OK, so I just got done playing a couple hours on an alt account with a fresh manifest, and I had a blast. Between the free starter pack, basic pack, and ME3 loyalty pack, plus the additional basic pack I got from the 5k starter credits, plus the tutorial pack, plus the Apex pack I apparently got from my first game, which was a failed celebration mission solo, I wound up with a decent assortment of stuff to work with. Exemplar I misc common and uncommon guns HFS II Naladen I misc weapon mods misc XP boosters, plus consumables and other misc boosters Krogan Vanguard II Dang look at all this free stuff. Can't remember which is which now but I wanna say this is the.. tutorial pack maybe? Loyalty pack(?) Basic pack(?) Apex pack! The missions I played: bronze celebration mission solo (failed) tutorial mission (successful) 2 x bronze celebration mission pug (1 successful, 1 lost connection) 2 x silver pug (1 successful, 1 lost connection) After spending my winnings from the night on Basic packs, I took my HFS 6/III, Charger II, no gear, no mods, Cryo I, Cell Capacity I, and 2 of each consumable, and I went pugging gold. Dropped into wave 2 of an Outlaws/Magma pug with two other soldiers(?) and a Jug. I wanna say we had targets and pizzas, but I can't remember for sure. We did finish in under 13 minutes, though, and I actually placed 2nd. So, while the game is pretty grindy, it's definitely possible to start contributing on gold more or less immediately, which is kind of cool. Edit: 2nd gold pug |

I vote no because right now we have people playing ME:A MP because they want to play a strategic 3rd person shooter. Make it free to play and you'll see an influx of people playing this game simply because it's free and coz they can. Not because they want to play ME. The playerbase overall IQ levels then take a huge dip. Pretty soon you get a transformed playerbase who have no clue what they're doing at all. Even more so than we have now.
Dota 2 got like this as soon as it was out of invite-only beta stages. Now that game is littered with unintelligent riff raff that spends more time insulting each other than playing the game.
No thanks.
