Yes, crashes on wave 3, very reliably.  I don't think there is a problem of killing hydras as this is just bronze, there is some network syncing problem, some object is stuck waiting for an update or whatever it needs from the server. There is no error code, so everything is working as intended. So, did somebody just hack MEA servers... That's what I was wondering. Surely The devs would be aware of system constraints well enough to understand this couldn't be done. R-right..? Edit: not to mention that a special APEX mission debuting in the middle of the night (Canadian time) seems a bit suspect. Billy Buskell's revenge...  |

Fun mission but like everyone says it crashes when the Hydra orgy shows up. It works ok if you rub a little mustard on it though. Dammit, I'm fresh out of mustard... I knew that late night sandwich would come back to haunt me  |

ALL Biotics are out (Far too slow). Unless they have a Grenade option as well, which I don't think any does at this time (normally). So that means NO to: Human Adept, Human Vanguard, Asari Adept, Asari Duelist, Krogan Gladiator, Human Kineticist. Or anyone with quick but weak powers, which means NO to: Angaran Exemplar, Asari Sentinel, Asari Huntress. Human adept with singularity + debuff, why not? The Huntress is a beast. |

So, besides the scrapper, what other character can put out the deeps to kill this many hydras rapidly? I'm going to try this mission, hopefully before the biower stream, on Xbox. I would say any kit with flak cannon + anti-armour/armour debuff. Scrapper: snap freeze + FK, Kro mercenary: flamer + FK, Havoc: incinerate + FK, batguard: AF debuff +FK. Also, kits with anti-armour grenades: HS, HI, SI. Finally, the operator with invasion debuff. |

I would put a recording up of wave 3.. but it crashes shadowplay's recording too.
I think Bioware seriously need to reward the players who have attempted this mission AND failed due to CTD with a very very rewarding pack, and not some p* poor pack either.
I never used to think i was capable of this much hate, but i'm really starting to HATE now.

Was in a few runs with a few high level Human Adepts. That Singularity and Shockwave combo is too slow to move around to other groups (as the Hydra's don't all appear in same spot). It's great, until you need to move to the next group. And time is of the essence in this run. You take a little too long to take out a group, and the entire run could freeze and waste everyones time. Let me put it another way, I could tank all 500 Hydras (not really that many, but it's an example), solo, using a Kineticist, but because that method involves tanking and killing later, it means I let the code/something else, break the game and kick me out. Not what my goal is. As for the Huntress, she's OK but there are others far more suitable for the run. If you want to complete the run smoothly, the others are more advisable is all I'm saying. Again, the fact I could tank all those Hydras on the Kineticist, doesn't mean it's advisable to do the run with her. |

Completed the mission on my first try with friends without crashing. Team: flak cannon spamming bat scrapper and bat vanguard, operator, nova spamming gladiator, all level 20. Quadruple debuff from invasion, snap freeze and 2 annihilation fields. I know normally this setup is way too OP on bronze but thanks to this we were able to dispatch hydras fast enough on wave 3 so they didn't cause any trouble. It was fun when you can actually complete it. Charging into a horde of hydras then biotic punching them all is hilarious. Looks like we were so lucky that we were able to finish the match without crashing. Especially considering that there's a huge ocean between us.  ps. Your Bat Van was lv17 btw.  |

My PC is very high spec, well I think it is and I am happy with it I have a gtx970 4gb GC, 64 GB DDR 4 Ram, Intel I7 Skylake, ssd etc etc, and yet i have tried soloing 5 times and no one joined and crashed on wave 3 even though i took out alot of hydra's, wtf is this for ffs, waste of time trying.

Everyone will need to Cobra inbetween utilising powers to deal with the Hydra mob spawn. And do not group together, spread out to kill as many as quickly as possible. Hopefully that should help you get the run done up. |

Same problem with CTD. Even on my brand new PC. Read some of the posts about this and wanted to try it before leaving for work.
Solo lobby with a max H.A. Crashed after being overwhelmed with Hydras firing at the same time.
My PC has i7 7700k 32gb ram 1080ti card SSD drive. So it's not hardware related.
PS...must be a weekend challenge for here in the U.S.
(Labor day or laboring through hack wave)

If you pug it you can guarantee if you are the stealther that everyone will rush to the hack circle and sit in it with you and not spread out.. oh and they likely all haven't brought 5 cobra's each either, and they are all hoping that YOUR FIVE will cover it.
