It seems that two more uncommon and one more ultra rare character slots are free, if they intend to fill up a full list of 4 characters per row. Do you think they will follow that? Or maybe they will make them all ultra rare for the $$$ ?  |

Everything to date has been released as the rarity tier the mines showed, so even if they can change it they've not shown an inclination to do so. |
