I noticed that yesterday. When I use the scope on the valiant, sometimes I see a bar charging. It doesn't seem related to ammo but you can't charge your shots either (like the lanat). So what does it do?

Yes, there is certainly something wrong with valiant scoping, also noticed that. For me, there is some weird lag when un-scoping, sometimes it takes about a second to get back to normal fov and there is some bar temporarily displayed although I did not catch the details. It was a laggy host though. So, maybe just latency-related visual glitch.

It's just a visual glitch. It appeared when the Kishock was introduced.

You get it on characters like turian soldier, not sure if its an idication of fortify maxing out or something stupid.

It's there on every weapon with a scope, when someone in the lobby has a Kishock. It perfectly syncs with the user of the Kishock so you know exactly when they are going to fire. When I was using it my friend with the Hurricane w/ Pistol Scope was saying it was showing me charging, and he was frantically trying to kill the thing in front of him before I come along and 1-shot it.
Yesterday I was using the Black Widow, a PUG joined our lobby and used the Kishock and his charge bar appeared on my scope. Interesting interaction, not sure why it would happen.

What happens when more than one Kishock is in use in the same game? Maybe with four at once it looks like an EQ display.

So what does it do? Valiant is a ruined gun whichever way you look at it. Bugged or not. In ME3 it had 3 shots in the mag but did more damage per shot. It also reloaded super fast and had virtually no recoil. In ME:A it kicks like a mule after every shot, reloads slower and even though it has more shots in the clips, those shots hit like nerf sponges. It takes a special kind of retard to ruin a perfectly balanced gun and turn it into something worthless. I'm so triggered that they ruined my favorite SR  |
