I like how the team I sacrifice to do Gold missions has a very low success rate and have so many negative effects on them but still earn their mission funds, whlist the strike team with a 94% success rate fails their bronze mission.

I have one strike team out of the 6 that that for some reason, despite having no negative traits whatsoever, and despite me making sure they have the necessary skills to match the mission traits, has a habit of just failing the mission for no reason at all, from time to time. Not always, but its always THIS team.
The team is called 'Whiskey'... so i'm wondering if the name of the team has an impact.. perhaps they all get drunk before a mission and this is why.
Strange though, i can send other teams that do have negative traits, and they all seem fine..but whiskey. always a risk.

The engine probly can't handle 10.000 so you will fail every strike team mission from now on (even bronze). That's after you lost ingame sound FOREVER as a punishment  |

Don't blame your strike teams....they probably got DC over the stupid bronze mission. It is Bioware evil plan to keep strike teams fail, so you will disband the team and spend mission funds on recruiting new team when they stacked up too many negative traits |
