I thought this little tangle of threads was a pretty cool sidestory.

We meet Elora, the asari dirt bag. We meet her partner Krex, who maybe used to work with Hark and Vorn in New Tuchanka's botany lab. (I can't recall if he actually did, or Barruk just suggested he should.) We read how Barruk, the grumpy New Tuchanka merchant, tried to talk Krex back to New Tuchanka by suggesting he work with Vorn and Hark. Krex was a smart guy who chose a bad path, it seems. There ended up being a lot of "one degree of separation" in that storyline. It's more plausible, too, than it was in the MW with its trillions. The waking MWers in Heleus number in the thousands.
