A while back I went into biogame.ini > sfxgame > sfxcharacterclass using Wenchy and I changed the values for encumbrancemaxcooldown and encumbrancemincooldown to get rid of the weight penalty. Does anyone know the original values? I don't want to start over with a fresh file since I've made more tweaks than I remember.

Sticks and stones may break my bones but hollow points expand on impact.
