Might look into this. Want to add or replace a Biotic power with Warp in Single Player if that's possible. Not only is that possible, you can recreate entire abilities from scratch Mmmm... Dominate... Will have to go back to ME2/3 and see how that works before I attempt to facimile it over to MEA.

Damn, wavebend , why aren't you taking over the world yet?! Well to be fair, I'm not the dev. I only want to push modding forward. As of right now, ME:A modding is pretty much dead, there's zero activity, even with the new tools. The dev doesn't really care anymore about ME:A either (as such started implementing support for other games) so it's pretty much left to people like me to attrack a new modder base. You'd be surprised by how big the SW:Battlefront community is however

I'm interested on the SP side of things (completed it once already), and will at some point join in and see if it's possible to add in Warp to Biotics without needing to remove an existing ability through replacement. And of course, work on Dominate, and maybe Flare too And of course, at some point; a Biotic Demolitionist (A Human Kineticist with Singularity, Warp and Throw/Lance) for MP just to finally get that Biotic God everyone talks about but never see's in MEA. But for now, working on finishing my Virtual Manifest first (doing the Official stuff first before mods). Only 54 UR Weapons left before all unlocks after are UR Variants (43 Rares, and 85 Uncommons left too. Have a few UR Character Kits to hit XX still but already have main at XX already so not interested on more cards on that front). I'd imagine another week or so to finish. Would have completed sooner, but had to join in on an event in another game as it was time limted.

Hmm, it seems this bug is a recurrent one. I've seen stuff like this in a number of Frostbite games. Although not as severe if it's a composite mesh it won't be rendered properly, more works needs to be done on these buggers

This is actually very impressive tool. I especially love the preview functionality - you fully figured out the PBR shaders! Models looks almost 100% identical to an ingame! Im currently trying to recreate levels from MEA in blender. Thanks to your tool, i already have some success! Akthough very limited. From what i understand, levels in MEA constructed from prefabs, and each prefab is pre-built collection of an actual meshes. So i tried to recreate one of the prefabs. While i can clearly see the coordinates of each mesh, i can't understand where is the scale and rotation? I was able to guess the correct rotation angles for this particular prefab, but it's obviously not ideal.

This is after baking the transformation. right, up, forward form a 3x3 matrix using this formula : then apply a scale onto the matrix by multiplying each of element of the matrix. the end result is same, a combination of rotation and scale. trans (-lation) on the other hand is the coordinate relative to parent (location part of the transform) i'm not the developer of this tool, but you seem technically competent, you should join the discord! discord.gg/Zp53gGWthere you can chat with the dev and ask him all the questions you want

I thought that the unavailability of modding tools for Frosbite was because either EA or DICE, or both, didn't want people to mod in any way shape or form their games, to the point of being "illegal" . Good work for whoever created this tool though, although I doubt it's gonna help MEA by a lot now that the devs gave up. For the other games it might.

Definitely a big part of it, even now I'd say frostbite modding is "enjoy it while it lasts" because it will get shut down once EA decides it's enough. The least the dev can do is not provide modding support for any of the newer games which would trigger even more red flags. ie stick to SP games such as DAI/MEA and out of support games like SWBF) The other part is frostbite is extremely hard to mod. Everything is "baked" in the most precise way, and changing one thing breaks the whole system
