Disclaimer: You can obviously do whatever you want with your money, just know that if you're an MEA fan- to be aware what practices you support when buying these games. SWBF2 Beta starting October 4 i want to remind that it's co-developed by Motive Studios. EA moved BW Montréal staff from the moment MEA released to work on SWBF2 and then completely merged BW Montréal with Motive Studios when they could've transferred them to other BW studios instead. If a person is a MEA fan, wouldn't this be a reason to buy the game rather than skip it since their money is not only going to support a game they like but also to the paychecks of people who made a different game they like? Plus Battlefront 2 seems to be addressing practically every complaint made about Battlefront 1, so supporting it supports the practice of devs listening to the fans. |

I don't see the point of doing this. Buy a game if you think you'll enjoy it, otherwise don't buy it. Depriving yourself of something just to spite EA hurts you far more than it hurts them.
That said, I have no interest in Bioware MP games and I'll wait for DA4 to be fully patched and released in an ultimate edition before I buy it.

I know this is going to be controversial so, here goes (clears throat): I like good games so, if the games are good, I will buy them. My feeling exactly, and I would even go real wild and say that if I like what I see, I will by a game even if it is not considered good by every other person in any given community. |
