Blood Dragon Armor for ME2 on Xbox 360

Hi, in new here and not sure if this would go in this section or the Dragon Age section.  I just recently bought a brand new unopened Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition on the 360 with the intent to play that some time in the future.  I mainly bought it to get my hands on the downloadable Blood Dragon Armor in Mass Effect 2.  The thing is, I downloaded all the DLC from the Ultimate Edition, included the Blood  Dragon Armor for that game, then I popped in ME2 to see if I was able to do the same for that game.  Sadly I was not able to figure out how, So I did some research and found that maybe I had to register the UPC code of a brand new game onto the old BSN site.  I tried and found the appropriate page to register and typed and retyped the same UPC number on the box but for some reason it didn't register or recognize the number.  So I am at a loss on what the next step would be to try and download this set of armor onto my ME2 game system.  Which brings me here to asking if anyone can help me get a hold of this downloadable item.
