Playing human only would make sense in the context of the story outlined here but I have some severe doubts about the authenticity of the leak. For a start off the "Old Order" trying to bring back the last two Old Gods. It was bad enough having the Chantry Andrastrian faith virtually forced on you but at least there was some continuity with current beliefs there. Tevinter has an Imperial Chantry and you can bet the Black Divine would not appreciate the competition, so either that would mean the Black Divine was behind it (not as stupid as it sounds since he is really corrupt) or you would be spending the entire game at odds with the ruling elite of Tevinter and forced into supporting this rebel faction whether you believe in their goals or not.

So the "Old Order" could be a faction that you are having to cope with as antagonists, in addition to the main big bad, and may be even someone you could, if you wished, align with, but compulsory membership seems unlikely.

Would also add that whilst Tevinter is based on ancient Rome, it already has its own established class system which does not mirror the Roman one exactly.   Additional classes associated with this have already been revealed by Bioware which again are not precise copies of the Roman ones.  The person writing this clearly thinks they do and so apparently knows nothing of the current lore regarding Tevinter.   This makes their entire "leak" suspect to me.
