Deal breakers to you maybe. DA2 had a lot of flaws but I don't think Hawke being human only is one of the problems that made the game flop. If anything that was actually a positive aspect since a lot of people remember Hawke (and the relationship they had with their family and companions) with fondness. Most people just want a good game with a good story and interesting characters. If someone doesn't buy a game simply because they can't choose a race, then well, good luck at finding games (specially RPGs) to your liking. I get it that being able to play as different races is something that is important to a lot of people, but sometimes having only one for the sake of having a more tight and personal story, as well as a more detailed protagonist with great character development, might be a worthy trade, specially when the alternative might be having multiple races just for aesthetics because in the end they don't affect the game in any sense and the only thing you get is a few different dialogue lines here and there.

Also, Kirkwall in DA2 was a very small place and the game had constant repetitive and uninteresting environments outside of it, that's what people disliked. If they give us a huge open city with different sections that give you tons of things to do and NPCs to interact, I doubt people would dislike that, specially after DAI's maps being mostly empty. And I think they meant that 60% of the maps are Minrathous (not that 60% of the story is set in the city) and then the other 40% are different locations like DAI, which is a fair way to approach it in my opinion, since you would have a balance between wilderness and populated areas. But that's just my humble opinion.

Anyway, it seems the leak is almost confirmed as fake anyway, so you probably have nothing to worry about.

One of the biggest red flags to me is the idea that Solas appears to turn into some sort of Disney cartoon 'world domination!' supervillain. What?? I refuse to believe Mr. Weekes would do such a thing. At least I desperately hope he wouldn't.

Though he may not be even writing Solas this time around. So who knows.

That's more or less how I perceive. There are more than a few things that I consider to be plausible and there are more than a few things that makes me raise the eyebrow of skepticism. It could be a fake leak and it could be early draft. Regardless of which it may seem to be, I'm not assuming it to be one or the other. There's no point to doing so. 

There is some surprising level of detail there that could mean it's legit...people who lie/invent things ( usually) paint in broad strokes.

Seriously BW, don't do anything this dumb. As a villain, "Salos" should be more a master manipulator, who prefers to act behind the scenes.

I like the idea of DA4 being more DA2 like, with a city to explore, etc. That would be awesome if true.

But this just seems fake...or I agree, like someone's wishlist, too good to be true, lol.. I guess it's possible it could be partially real though, like some early notes or story ideas. But even so, I'm sure much would have changed anyway in a year, after nailing down a more final concept.

Wow, I just had a heart attack reading this "leak"... Only human characters? fuck. that. This leak better be bogus because I don't think my heart could take being super disappointed in another BioWare game like MEA, especially my favorite franchise.

The only thing I actually liked about this "leak" was the release date, but who cares if I hate the rest of it.
