I'm amused that first half is supposedly fairly cheerful and light-hearted while another half is full of tears, disbelief, lies, anger, demons and aliens... only to end with a high five

Ignoring the fact that this is from an unnamed source and all the implications that holds:

Considering the problem Bioware has with their open world games having empty and lifeless environments, these points please me a great deal.

Looking good because Bioware suck at exploration. Bioware playing to their current strengths.

Twitch action game. That's not unfeasible considering how Bioware's been developing games lately, disappointing though. It's not a tactical system old Bioware fans crave for, but more strategic options in combat.

Anyway, IMO Bioware should DEFINITELY incorporate the points about a moving, breathing, living, atmospheric city being the majority of the world, and that it should be much, MUCH more character and story focused. Who knows if the leak is actually true or not

Well, if he meant it as an indicator of the general tone or emotional beats they're trying to set for each important scene, it's a valid way to express that.

I would never recover if Solas started calling himself Salos like it's some clever ruse. GOTY, 10/10, everyone else go home.

Declaring that the improved character creation system is the best ever made is a bold claim.

Not that I really think they would (unless Bioware wants to throw the Dalish under the bus again). But desperate times and all that. I could see them cleaving to the Qunari if the other option were Actual Boogeyman Tevinter.
