Can't confirm it for Reserve Packs at least. Bought 6 packs and got a few ranks of Artificer, the Scorpion Siphon (which is neat) and a Salarian Operator card.

I am getting rares and u-rares from advanced and expert packs so all good for me.
Edit. Mixed up advanced, expert and arsenal packs, sorry. Expert and arsenal packs work just fine for me. Dunno about advanced packs, since I've maxed all my commons and uncommons.

Nope. Been buying Advanced Packs for like... two months, to max out the characters again. I still get a variant weapon in every pack and I still need another 150 or so to max all that crap out, too...
The only things I’m not getting are weapon mods. Like, at all.

I unlocked all of my weapon mods through Arsenal/Premium packs. The non-store ones, that is. I doubt I'll ever max out my uncommon weapons, but the packs do give me the characters. Slowly getting there. |
