Just curious as to whether there is a difference. Does anyone know?

Sometimes it's Sentry Turret, sometimes Geth Turret. No idea what causes that.

That, I know. For the Geth Turret, Flamer kill counts as Sentry Turret and Gun kill counts as Geth Turret.
