A look back. I like this game.

*uh which way to say something negative about Androm....*ahem*...oh..uhm..nvm*..... ......A look back? I still feel the same way i did when i first played this game. It's a mediorce experience....not bad, but not great either. That said, this game's visuals are amazing...... during certain parts of the game, i just stopped and appreciated the artwork. I Also thought the loyalty missions was crafted well......just the overall story and characters lacking.

Regardless of that tho...eh, i still felt the game warranted at least some form of DLC. Even if EA wasn't happy with the product, show your employees that you at least stand and support them since y'know you are partly to blame for releasing that thing when it wasn't completely ready yet.....to meet your fiscal year commitments.

But I don't own a PC just a couple of laptops and an Xbox 360 & One.
If I recall right I remember that the Vault on that Safari map Havarl was quite important for the story. That was the most frustrating one.

I just find easier to deal with the dissapointment now that I know what the game is made of. It's not bad, really, just maybe slightly above average if not average. Yet to play again for a third time, thinking about wrapping up Mankind Divided and then trying it again.

I really need to get back into Mankind Divided tbh. Some of the new additions, like mantling, need a bit of getting used to. I really loved Human Revolution though. And yeah, knowing what the game is really like is why I don't preorder often, I remember buying RE6 and I personally didn't like the game, the gameplay features were frustrating and there were way to many QTE's.

I just finished it, and I'm now thinking of doing the N+ mode because the new augs I got just open a whole new room of possibilities from the get-go, the gameplay is just so smooth. I think this game is worth it for this stuff alone considering the narrative isn't as good as HR, and that one is masterpiece of a game. Needs more orange filter   Yeah I'm certainly not pre-ordering anything Bioware related anymore, I used to put too much trust in them, last one so far was The New Colossus. Did you get RE7?

Nothing wrong with liking a game other people didn't... So long as that game isn't Ride to Hell: Retribution. XD

Andromeda has nice combat gameplay and they have a MAKO that actually works, minus the turret.

The terrible pacing and slow start to the game did not help, and neither did the constant wisecracking and juvenile dialog. It never *felt* as desperate as the situation should have been. And there was no tension to the story, or to the squad relationships. Every time something looked like it might get interesting? Instantly defused and never brought up again.

This felt like a prequel to a real game. A prequel that stretched out about 45 hours too long.

I still don’t understand the “juvenile” dialogue. The game got serious when it needed to be.
