The tempest is a nice pleasure yacht I suppose (it even has space expansion magic, bigger on the inside than the outside!...), but I'd just take the ship with the biggest guns. So the Normandy SR2 (whichever version). The interior proportion thing has always been a part of Mass Effect, and was no less apparent in the previous games. Each deck of the ship seemed almost equal length, even though the bridge is way out forward beyond the cargo bay door. The Mako didn't look like it could even accommodate one person, let alone 3, and forget about the Hammerhead, with its forked canopy. Yeah, exterior vs. interior design lapses are just part of a Bioware game it seems. The interiors and exteriors of the Citadel never really matched up either. They need to hire an architect and a structural engineer.

Tempest is just a copy of the Normandy. Actually, everything in Andromeda is a failure copy from something or someone from previous Mass Effects (Vetra, Hyperion, Tempest, Drack, etc)

Though not a Mass Effect game and, well, to be honest, not even a Bioware game, repaired Ebon Hawk. Lacking that, to quote Joker; "Leather seats"!

The Tempest has the best design and homey atmosphere. The fact that there's no loading scenes is also a plus. To bad all the people on it are boring. Vetra is boring?! News to me.

Definitely the Tempest. Quick to get around, good layout and some of the external views were amazing. Yeah that's why I voted the Tempest I like the external views and being able to see the galaxy around you.

The Mako didn't look like it could even accommodate one person, let alone 3, and forget about the Hammerhead, with its forked canopy. This is the first ME where you actually could walk on the exterior of your ship, so that made it more obvious to me. But yeah, I have no idea why they didn't simply make it a little bigger. Sort of. You can't actually walk on the SR1, but you can stand right next to it when it's docked at one of the hubs. It always seemed way smaller than it should be. And with the Citadel DLC, you can kind of get close to the SR2.

Ship: Tempest Protagonist: SisRyder Story: Andromeda
MET was a great set of 3 games, but fuck all if it had anything remotely worth an overarching plot that tied the games together. Yeah, yeah, Reapers. Went from holy shit Space Cthulu in ME to comic relief in ME2, and OTT silliness in ME3. ME2, while a great game in isolation (except for some inexcusable stupidity at the very beginning and the very end), was a total disaster as a sequel.

I find myself split on the respective SR2s. The SR1 feels like a submarine and the Tempest gets to much solar glare. Smuggler's ship in SWTOR! Was not on the list, but has the best story for the ship and looks good. Imperial agent's ship us cewl too. From ME games I like second Normandy the best.

The Tempest wins against the SR2? Okay that's something I did not expect. Thing is the SR2 vote gets split between the Cerberus one and the Alliance one. I can't make up my mind which I prefer. I like the functionality of the Alliance SR2 but I prefer the overall look of the Cerberus SR2 no exposed wiring and piping all over the place. If the Alliance SR2 didn't have half of the ships guts exposed all over the place and had better lighting it would win easily. I think what I like about the Alliance version is that it’s clearly meant to look like it was left unfinished because of the emergency evacuation. The game should have included a progression of repairs or finishing touches over time though. The Citadel has the same problem post-coup.

I think it's used in one scene and then it's just somewhere you have to pass through. Wasted space on a ship as small as the Normandy.

Even though I'd take Cerberus any day over the Alliance. The Alliance SR2 had a nice and subtle atmosphere. So Alliance SR2 for me.

Cerberus SR2. Can't explore the cargo bay, but the clean, bright ambiance made it a more idealistic haven from the horrors we pursued.

Reluctantly, Cerby SR2. No stupid security checks, and I liked Mordin's Tech Lab. That hidden loading area is probably the biggest fault. The online access stuff to assets should have been relegated to a terminal in the CIC or maybe Shepard's quarters, with everything else handled in the comm room like ME1.

I liked each, except for ME III...too damn dark and depressing, I'd gladly kick out everyone from Alliance off the ship. First had a cozy, bluish, sort of 80's sci fi feel to it, second come with best private secretary and E.D.I and Tempest was best designed, structurally. I preferred Traynor to Chambers.

oh wrong kind of ship? 😋
Normandy sr-2 or the alliance retrofit of the sr-2 for me I think. Though I do wonder how much of that for me is because of nostalgia.
I'd love to see the Normandy in MEA's graphics.
