I honestly never said he was inaccurate. I acknowledged right off the bat that he could be right about the DLC. I said he was being unprofessional... something he chose to prove absolutely by taking screenshots of posts here and posting them to his twitter account for public ridicule. I still say he behaved unprofessionally... and what I said above was that whether or not what he's saying right now is true depends completely on what he's saying. I'm not, however, going to fall for the bait here and click on his site just to find out. Many here were accusing him of being a liar and worse. I thought he was pretty restrained. And I'm not sure if you realise but this is a public site. Any ridicule was richly deserved considering the reaction (which was hilariously OTT).

Do we have any solid number on sales? Or there's any truth in what those devils, Schreier, Yongyea are saying? Depends on what they're saying now doesn't it? Not about to run to their sites to find out. Here's one example though of the sorry state of gaming media - not the typos in this article: www.dailystar.co.uk/tech/gaming/653027/Xbox-One-massive-new-FREE-GAME-how-to-download-it-RIGHT-NOW-mass-effect-andromedaNote: I haven't altered anything in the cut and paste quote I took directly from the article (that is, they may decide to edit their errors after the fact, but this is how I found it). The biggest error though is in presenting us fans who wanted DLC as somehow still "wildly hoping" for DLC. They clearly announced there would be no DLC (even after Schrier and others assured us the EA would never make such a final announcement on the matter). When EA made that announcement, we certainly stopped "wildly hoping" for DLC (if in fact just stating that one would like to see some DLC constitutes "wildly hoping" - I don't think it does). Time these sorry reporters actually caught up with the news and stopped grinding the same old axes. Quoting the Daily Star doesn't do much for any argument you might have. It's pretty much the UK version of the National Enquirer. With more tits.

Why anyone would pay for an EA subscription service is beyond me.

Understandable. You do not realize that the causes are identical. But how could you, being as oblivious as you are. I guess ignorance really is bliss. Hahaha, all of this nonsense and crying like a baby because I don't like Andromeda and most of the world prefers The Witcher 3. As they say in my country "Go cry in the bed where is warm". Wow. That's a LOT of arrogance. I'm not exactly surprised, but it still tells me you might one of them reasons the world's gone to shit so bad, so fast. Enjoy your liberties, while they last. That stuff'll bite you in the ass eventually, along with everyone else.

Witcher is the most awarded game of all time, you should pay double for it and be grateful for having the honor of playing one of the best games in history. You remind me how far we've fallen as a species with that l Gamers and their hyperbolic bullshit as clearly seen here. You are not that smart to stay stuff like this, quite the contrary. If you got nothing logical to say, go outside a little. OT : And now MEA is fully done, that was fast, congrats Bioware.

I imagine you saying this putting yourself so highly, the wise person above everyone else, the only one who knows why the world is "so bad". Poor baby. And what's even funnier, you say I have a lot of "arrogance" while you think you are the one who knows why the world is "bad" and "what happens to the world in the future".

Sorry, mod. Another thread closed because people go personal when someone talks bad about Mass Effect: Andromeda. I'll try to ignore them.
About the original post, then: I find funny when games are announced "for free" when you actually have to pay monthly to have them.

The cited article by the OP is misleading as are others covering this... It's not free... it costs $5/month. Using the word "free" in their titles is just sensationalism and click bait.

And I suppose their articles don't shove a whole lot of their personal opiniosn down our throats (just because they don't have enough actual facts to write a decent length article about the little tidbit of news they have). The gaming news media is geneerally shit. The news in this story can be stated in one sentence: EA has announced that they are adding Mass Effect Andromeda to the EA Access vault program.

And that you find ridiculing others in public funny... just says a whole lot about you... none of which is very flattering IMHO.

I know you really want to shut me down saying anything that criticizes the gaming media. You have them on such a pedestal, it's pathetic. And, in the same breath, you reserve the right to mercilessly make fun of people who liked this game and mercilessly criticize the developers for making said game. The gaming media generally sensationalizes and frequently misleads and their articles are stuffed full of opinion rather than fact. Many of them are mostly targeted rants designed to make some appearance of being humorous. Just like you claim about developers... If that's all you expect from them (low-quality sensationalism), that's all you're ever going to get from them. It's the same for goose as it is for the gander.
