I've been spending my MF on rare mod-variants. I internally debate over: MF on UR's, Credits on Barrel-Variants VS MF on Barrel-Variants, Credits on UR's...
(Keep in mind I've finished my common/uncommon mods. If I hadn't Credits on Mod Packs is the only choice.)
In the end, I picked MF for barrel variants, because it had the bonus of getting my rare weapon variants leveled via using credits on UR's.

Oh shoot! What have you been spending your MF on? UR? weapon mods, its always a better option to spend MF on mods since a 100K pack is 5 times a chance for a gold mod, while MF UR card is 8 times a gold mod. Also its a large chance of getting a UR (like Duelist XVII or Soned Concussive..... ) that I'll almost never use, while I use almost all the gold weapon mods on a kit. Now if bioware were smart, they'd make UR weapon mods (that people would want like increase RoF of a weapon with logical -stats)

Can anyone confirm when the random UR character will expire? I won't be able to grab anything until tomorrow night and I have mad mission funds to throw down.

Anyone know if the shield regen bonus is to (a) the delay before shields start regenerating, or ( the speed which the shields refill once the delay is over and they begin regenerating?

Anyone know if the shield regen bonus is to (a) the delay before shields start regenerating, or ( the speed which the shields refill once the delay is over and they begin regenerating? delay for WHEN they start generating just like multicapacitors. This is actually generally not as good as multicaps simply due to the nature of enemy fire and the amount of base shields on most characters. I can only see this being being useful TSol or Jugnuts and even on them its a good argument.

I can only see this being being useful TSol or Jugnuts and even on them its a good argument. While it's written "Shield Regeneration Delay Reduction" in-game... First, the APEX HQ app lists it as "Shield Regeneration", which is the amount of Shield restored per second once the delay is over. Still, ME3 MP was full of descriptions that outright lied so we can't put blind fate in the APEX HQ either... Second, starkwiz reported the disparate listing I had in the MEA MP Builder ( bsn.boards.net/post/911427). He checked with the Frosty tool and showed me screenshots of the effects on Multicapacitor (healthshieldregendelay) and Stronghold Package (shieldregen). This support that the game files consider this as Shield Regen, not as Shield Regeneration Delay Reduction. Still, we know that sometimes things change server side so we can't put blind fate in the local files data mined... Third, I just tested it in-game. Blew a grenade in my hand which took all my Shield away. Took 7 seconds to get back on. Well, you can't argue with that result... Thus, it's Shield Regeneration as the amount of shield regenerated by second once the delay is over. ** Edit: it makes a very nice option for characters with Shield Boost...

I'll test this out and get back to ya edit, excuse my misinformation, and thank you for bringing to light how garbage this equip is.
