The Vindicator is a little better, but I prefer the Avenger. Mainly for its role in the SP, and this joke about it being deadly on full auto. ^_^

In ME2 I would take the Vindicator hands down.

In ME3 however the Vincidator is cancer. Unless you play a Fat Turian or something with ROF boost.
