I don't agree with his opinion mainly because he loved the exploration aspect of ME:1 and ME:A whereas I always viewed it as one of the weaker parts of the game.
The video was funny though, and it made me laugh, so lots of points for that xD

In Mass Effect I felt like Captain Kirk exploring the new galaxy, but in the second two installments it felt like I was in Black Hawk Down lol.

Yes, transition to corridor shooting with boring henchmen loyalty missions (I thought the assignments/sidemissions were much better here) without the freedom of 1 was really jarring. Looking at blind ME2 playthrough atm. after ME1 playthrough was like "is this modified for kids who cannot fathom cRPG?". I'm not sure if I can play it anymore, and if thats the case, gameplay editor here I come. |
