Obviously I am not going to change back until someone else votes for Space as it would be my last vote change. I've been caught out before like that, getting information when I can no longer do anything about it so I understand your reluctance to swap, Dragon, particularly since there are still two people voting for you. I'd agree you should wait for further evidence before switching but we're in the middle of a 48 hour countdown and so there is no guarantee Hero will return before we reach the deadline.

As for Seven, if you are a hero then you need to take action. I am putting my faith in Dragon and that is why I swapped from Space because I was anxious about last minute vote changes. Neither Dragon nor I can afford to switch out our votes whilst there are still 2 on Dragon. Even if Dragon is a spy, she has a partner in crime, so voting for someone else would hopefully still bag a spy. Dadi has been slow to change from Dragon, which would be very odd if they were a team; whilst Dragon's vote on Hero in the first round put him in the lead at the time, which would also be odd if they were a team; I'm not a spy so the only possible partner for Dragon would be Space.

I can, i guess we just have to hope glyph doesn't block me now, as he has only used one of the 2 that can be used.

I will switch from Dragon to Space

The only way heros could recover from losing another hero at this stage is if you are good Aethyta or good Aria. Who do you think the spies are, then?

You being quiet is suspicious because you usually aren't. Any unusual behavior is going to look suspicious.

At present we have 4 heroes and 2 spies. If we lose a hero this round, then another overnight, it will be evens. Voting off Aethyta could change the dynamics but she may not be in the game.

There are a number of unknowns that could also mess with these numbers:

A good Nyreen could shoot one of the spies in the night; an evil one could win it for the spies by shooting a hero.
A good Oriana could block the spies in the night; an evil Oriana could protect herself from Nyreen.
A good Glyph could distract one of the spies but the other could still operate; an evil Glyph could distract a useful hero.
A good Aria could win it for the heroes in a number of ways; ditto an evil Aria.

Essentially the best we can hope for if we lose another hero is a tie-breaker because, based off the answers given, all the roles I have mentioned could be present and in fact all bar one must be present if people have been telling the truth in the majority of their answers. (I'll allow that Hero may have lied about his gender to conceal his identity from the spies).

It was because numbers are so tight and a potentially disastrous scenario with these roles if they are evil, that I reverted to trying to study voting patterns in the first round and again in this one. If they are heroes we don't want to lose them because they could save the day for us.

Well if Space is Aria then he can just borrow Zither's ability from Wolf Hunt and direct all the votes to someone else. In fact, if he is Aria he could do this anyway regardless of whether we vote for him or not. Seeing as Hero would be his most likely partner as a spy, we'd have a job voting off Hero too. So I'm hoping that he isn't Aria.

If Space is not Glyph, then that would mean Hero is. So the question is, are the benefits of keeping a good Glyph out-weighed by the potential for harm of an evil one? It is a pity that Hero isn't able to give us a bit more of an idea about his identity.

If we assume that Seven is Oriana then if good she could swing things back in our favour, whereas if evil she can only protect herself from attack, so it might be better to keep her. However, that leaves the problem of who her fellow spy might be and I still feel the most likely candidate is Space not Hero.

I suggested to Seven that if she is innocent then she needs to take action to save herself. Now Dadi has switched to Space, logically Seven ought to switch from you too. Until Seven does, I am not going to change my vote because it will be my last but if you want to take a punt, Dragon, please go ahead as you will still have the opportunity to change again if you wish.

It seems the spies are playing a good game. Eliminating me will help them a lot.

So we currently have a tie-breaker, no sign of Hero making things any clearer and I must decide whether to take an irreversible step.

I have been thinking a bit more about Glyph and why they might invite someone to their party. Whilst a hero Glyph might want to use their ability because of the likelihood of being eliminated before they could, nevertheless this early in the game they could potentially be stopping an important hero from using their role overnight. However, an evil Glyph might want to for the same reason and I have an inkling of who that role might be, based on the narrative. So I am inclined to feel that Glyph may be evil.

I think we were agreed that the only candidates for Glyph are Space and Hero. I've also stated that I think the most likely partner for Hero would be Space. The likely roles for Space are Glyph, Aria or Aethyta, so if he is not Glyph and a hero, he should either be able to save himself or hopefully take a spy with him.

So on that basis, I am going to bite the bullet and change my vote from Seven to Space.
