dragontartare, I did hint who I am but I didn't use words and no, it's not the fan art. That's a nice roundup.

The only thing making me wonder about gervaise right now is that normally they are pretty aggressive about questioning people's votes, but has actually been pretty patient this round. Is this how gervaise behaves as a spy, or is it something else? It is something else. I have no typical behaviour but vary it according to the role I have been given. I tried to stay under the radar last game but a certain wicked kitty forced me into revealing myself. I am more high profile and aggressive when I have nothing to lose because the spies already know who I am and for that matter the players do too. If you look back at the very first Skyhold game, I was Leliana and was low profile until it came to revealing the last spy, who I had uncovered during my nightly investigation, because, of course, provided I got him voted off I was safe. In the after game analysis Serza revealed that he almost attacked me with Josephine earlier in the game because he thought my behaviour suspicious. Actually, when it comes to questioning people's votes this game, there has not been a lot to go on. Straight out of the blocks Tittus voted for me first round but, like I've said, I thought that perhaps he was Diana at the time and responded in a light-hearted sort of way with a retaliatory vote on him. Then everything went weird and, as I previously stated, everybody was questioning his behaviour, so I didn't think I needed to since everything that needed to be said had been. On the whole, first rounds are always difficult to gauge unless a bandwagon occurs on one or more people, when you can perhaps pick up voting patterns. It is true that everyone has been very sparse on the clues to their identity this game, presumably to confuse the spies but sometimes heroes need information too. I think the spies went for Pela because she is an intelligent player who most people seemed to trust hoping that in the process they might bag an important role, which they did. Personally, I was sorry to lose Pela because she had started to trust me or at least my judgement. If you go back and read her posts you will know she was suspicious of one person in particular. Mind you, the main person trying to frame Pela was Tittus and he is meant to be on our side. Then he actually said he thought the spies should have left her in play to try and frame her. I have to admit he is the oddest "good" Liara I could imagine even though I know Space confirmed he was good. However, he did say earlier that he hopes we lose now. Still, I think his recommendation last game to vote for Pela, if we didn't vote for Adonniel, may have been another attempt to draw out the spies on our behalf. Moonae had no choice but to vote for Pela but Romice was quick to jump in too. It is true that Smiles has given us very little to go on but what did we expect? Some games he is quiet and turns out to have an important role, others he is revealed as a spy having acted in exactly the same way. He often comes in late on in the voting and simply goes for the person with the most votes but equally he has sometimes broken with this behaviour. So I suppose it is pot luck whether he is good or evil this time round. He could be the key to deciding the outcome. I was re-reading the rules overnight and there is something I would appreciate if you would clarify for me, Dragon, as the GM who devised them. "Whether hero or Cerberus, Garrus can shoot whoever he wants, though for Cerberus Garrus, it would be best to get permission from other agents before eliminating them." Does this mean that shooting Adonniel does not automatically prove that Garrus is good? That would complicate the issue somewhat. Those are my initial thoughts on the matter. I'm assuming you are good Dragon, as is everyone else, but I do wonder if it because we are all intimidated by you as the former GM and terrified you will turn on us if we even so much as suggest you might be evil. It is the same with Adonniel in other games. So just for the record, I think I will wait and see who you decide to vote for. If it matches my own suspicions then I shall support you. If I think it is a bad idea, then I shall tell you so. In the latter case, it will not prove I am a spy but simply I have a mind of my own.

Dragon: I did hint at my role, heck, I did as good as give it up: I said, that my character is useless, knows something but nothing, that can really help the group. If the group decides to vote someone off, I might warn you and that is the extend of my usefulness. Kasumi last round was way cooler for a player. I did vote for adonniel, because I didn't trust Garrus. He could have been evil. I had my doubts about him, because he didn't shoot the night before (sorry, Garrus) and thought, we had to get adonniel out the hard way.
Still sorry, we lost pela, her role could buyed us some time, even if it comes with a price.
I'm a bit of a loss here, I still think, I can trust dragon and OG and I did get gervaise hint, but I do get nothing from romice. And smiles is as always (to quote Hawke) clear as a bell.
I will wait a bit more, seeing what you guys come up with. I might have missed some more hints.
I really have to play ME2 again, when I get rid of the cold, for now, concentration is a bit hard. I would maybe try to do another mission before rescuing Garrus, but I want him in my team, plus I like that grumpy mercenary, you get, before starting the archangel mission. I used him and boring Miranda before. Now I could use him (he is good at hitting things) and maybe Jakob, he seems to be a bit more stabil than Miranda. Or I could do another mission first, level a bit and get a companion, that is a but more familiar to me. I did use Kaidan, Garrus and Wrex for the most part of ME 1, sometimes Tali. I really couldn't loose with a team of Janei,my Shep, Garrus and Kaidan. Sadly, I don't have them for that godawful mission. Any suggestions?

Sadly, I don't have them for that godawful mission. Any suggestions? Have you acquired Mordin yet? I was really surprised the first time I played the game. I thought he wouldn't be much good out in the field and mostly ignored him for a member of the team, just enjoying the chats. Then quite by accident I selected him on the final mission and he turned out to be awesome. I think a lot depends on what your Shepard is. Certain players are useful in having around if they compliment or make up for the lack of certain skills that Shepard possesses. Early missions in DA2 are tricky because of the lack of choice but I do wonder if they give you the option of recruiting Mordin before Garrus because he is helpful depending on which Shepard you are running with.

I find, that mercenary, you get at the beginning of that planet, is really useful, mabye in team with Mordin, I might have a better chance. I did talk to Aria before and she told me about Mordin, maybe I just do his recruiting first. I'm still very much at the beginning, since I restarted Janei as a Sentinel, the Vanguard didn't work for me in ME2, but I'll make sure, to talk to Aria again, as soon, as I'm at that planet. I just looked up Mordin and he is a Salarian - yay . I wanted to have a salraian crew member since I first encountered one on Citadel station.

In ME1, I only liked Garrus, Wrex and tolerated Kaidan and Tali, The rest was really meh to me. And then Liara ninjamanced my Sheperd - really annoying. When I realised it, I was too far into the game to get back and change it, so I now am looking forward to a messy breakup with Liara to pursue Garrus. But I do get the feeling, teh new companions are better. I already like that grumpy mercenary and I think, I will liek Mordin. Jacob is ok too, nothing special, but your typicel nice guy. I don't like Miranda so far, but I don't need her really since my character is a biotic too.

At one point if you were romancing both, they would come talk to you and you have to choose. Guess you didnt get that. Like you said, you get ninjamanced by Liara unless you are really mean to her. Jacob is like Kaidan in 1 I think. I'd ask something but dont want to spoil anything for Adonniel The ME1 crew show up at some point, and I think they are all more interesting in 2. In 1 they were info dumps for their species pretty much.

Hope that clears some things up for everyone No, it doesn't. Now my brain hurts. Looks at previous post and theories - tears them all up. If I understand correctly, someone who previously seemed to be claiming a role now denies it, whilst another person who didn't want to claim it because needed to keep a low profile, now does. Or have I got that wrong as well. And depending on Dragon's reply to my question, there is no guarantee either is good. I repeat my previous assertion that I'm waiting on you Dragon. Can you make sense of this because I sure as hell can't.

Though, I'm not sure why the spies would do that in this case, since if Garrus hadn't shoot adonniel, we would have been forced to vote her off and they could have taken an extra hero with them That is true but if Garrus hadn't shot Adonniel we would have known for sure he was evil, whereas shooting Adonniel makes us totally trust Garrus and he drops off the radar entirely. I don't know if you've noticed but we have a bigger problem. Romice seems now to be claiming the role that we formerly thought was OG because OG seemed to be claiming it but fervently denies it. In which case, who is OG? I have a theory about this that could involve my role. So I have a new question for everyone. Which roles do you think are in play? I don't necessarily want you to say who you think is the role as I hate it when people blurt out my role for everyone including the spies to see but I would like to know if people think the same roles are in play as I do.

When it comes to Garrus, I don't believe he's Evil this round. If they were, they would have shot an innocent last night to force the Heroes to vote for adonniel. I just don't think they would pass that opportunity up just to appear less suspicious. I'm currently suspicious about three people, and it seems one of them has claimed the role that brought down adonniel. I'll wait to see if anyone counter-claims, if no one does, I'm inclined to believe romice's claim. Meanwhile, the other two players I'm suspicious of are really clever players and a bit hard to crack. It's possible that they could both be innocent, but something is telling me that that's not the case. I'm going to have to go over their posts/behavior to confirm whether I truly believe they are innocent or guilty. I already know they will make it tough for me. Also, I'm hoping this round that smilesja is not the spy for obvious reasons.

Great, I've got 4 Renegade points for not being nice to Miranda, what kind of special snowflake is she? She can be bitchy to me, but I can't? Another Morrigan here? That woman will get so grounded as soon as I have any other companion, I'll make sure, she will get space sick and bored to death To be fair, you get renegade points when you pick the bottom choice for any character. I wouldn't worry about these points too much, unless you're planning on picking the bottom for everyone; you can still pass the paragon checks if you focus on being paragon while playing through the missions.

We know Liara, Garrus and Miri are always in play. Wrex, Diana, Javik and Ash/Evil Clone have been eliminated. That leaves four other roles. Tali has pretty much announced herself. That leaves three. I think it might be Legion, Kasumi and the real Ash/Kaidan. Of course I'm not sure, since if there is an EDI, they would be hiding themselves as much as possible
