Can anyone tell me which packs are most likely to contain one?

unlockallmpcards If you're on pc with console enabled, makes life so much easier (otherwise specter pack and plenty of luck needed)

Yes Spectre packs like Volus said, are the ones in my experience who are giving them mostly.

I much prefer it on TSent and GE with Drill Ammo when pugging Platinum. In fact, when I posted that build, it was while waiting on a Harrier TGI in spectator mode. Don't worry, I still came on top.

Seeing as they're the true ultra rare of this game, then I'd say premium spectre packs.
... And no, shotgun amps are not ultra rares because they simply trascend the notion of consumable, they are something else.

And all this time I thought the concensus was that this wasn't even possible. My condolences. It's a Silver item, so rule out Recruit and Jumbo Packs. I don't remember what Vet Packs drop, but either those or the 60k ones would probably be the best bet.

Really? Because every time I respec someone, I get a new one almost straight away. I always have three of the things. Yup, same here. I almost never actually use them, but when I do, I almost always replace it with the next pack I buy. Though I did actually use one today. Apparently the last time I played my Shadow, I specced her out of Shadow Strike. No clue why, it's been ages since I used her, but I just loaded her up and off I went without checking. Strikeless Shadow with only an omnibladed Disciple on Hydra/Cerberus is not nice!

It makes all the difference. Who says I'm that kind of player? I just said it because I knew it would amuse some forum members. I certainly didn't play that match with the intention of outscoring, but I did have a hunch that my Harrier TSent would outperform his Harrier TGI back in the lobby. (Not to play down his skills, but Drill III Harrier works great on TSent because he can bubble barrier Phantoms & Banshees with Warp for double hits quick take downs, something the TGI can't do, and especially handy with Phantoms that aren't too close). So I didn't really have to play reckless. And good thing too. The two other pugs left us, so the other half ended up as duo. Full extraction. And yes, he did use Incindiary IV. How did you guess? I would use it too on certain kits if hosting as he was, because fire explosions are a great workaround for on host Phantoms. Otherwise Drill III or APIV is the better choice.

If you use them regularly, they suddenly became Ultra-Ultra Rare. Apparently troll store, working as intended™.
